• Once approved, custom orders are non-refundable

• Production time: 5–7 business days after proof approval

• You must own or have rights to the submitted images

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure your photos and details meet quality standards

• Respond promptly to approval requests

• Understand that custom pieces cannot be returned unless defective
